Responsibilities : Assist in the growth and development of assigned campaigns. Support customer acquisition and retention efforts .
Manage external customers' needs with expertise. Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Drive sales through retail promotional campaigns.
Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing . Strategize, execute, and manage retail events alongside Brand Ambassador teams.
Interact with customers in large retail stores . Problem-solve and assess customer eligibility for in-store services (training provided).
Conduct lead generation and maintain a client base for in-store services. Assist senior staff with client-related projects .
Requirements : Passion for marketing, sales, or retail with a desire to grow professionally. Must be available for full-time hours and occasional weekends for special events.
Ability to excel in both solo assignments and team projects . Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks annually for additional training.
Strong communication skills . Must thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment . 2- or 4-year degree in a related field preferred.
