About The Position
Job Title : Certified Respiratory Therapist Job Specialty : Respiratory Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 07 : 00 PM-07 : 30 AM Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 2 years License : Certified Respiratory Therapist Certifications : BLS, PALS Must-Have : Strong documentation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Job Description : Document patient non-therapy contact time accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Responsible for drawing Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) and capturing Electrocardiograms (ECGs) on various floors.- Respond to rapid response alerts and assist with code situations.
- Travel with intubated patients to tests and procedures, ensuring continuous care.- Stay with intubated patients during tests such as MRI and procedures in the catheterization lab.
- Maintain high standards of productivity and performance.- Adapt to unit-specific requirements and workflows.
