Summary / Objective Serves as the main resource for our sales team, facilitating improved clinic relations and efficiency through increased utilization of our software and resources.
Their clinical expertise will be crucial in providing medical information both internally and to our clinics upon request.
Additionally, the Clinical Liaison plays a vital role in closing operational gaps in key departments including operations, accounting, strategy, and operations that impact clinic customer service.
Essential Functions Spearheaded the development of presentations, information sheets, and other medical materials using clinic data, and regularly presented them to pharmacy team members, sales team members, and clinics.
Demonstrate software features and answer complex questions from territory managers and clients. Serve as the primary resource for the sales team, connecting territory managers with internal resources to effectively meet customer needs.
Develop and assist the account experience team in providing excellent service to clinics. Identify gaps in the clinic onboarding and clarification processes and other clinic-facing workflows and develop ideas to enhance their efficiency.
Collaborate with key operational departments to coordinate joint workflows, ensuring alignment and readiness for collaboration between the clinic and pharmacy.

Supervisory Responsibility This position supervises the Account Experience Team under the direction of the Director of Process Optimization.
Work Environment This job operates in a compounding pharmacy environment. This role routinely uses sterile and specialized equipment such as ointment mills and electronic balances.
Physical Demands This position requires frequent sitting, walking, standing, reading, seeing, speaking, hearing, listening, organizing, interpreting data and information, operating pharmacy and sterile equipment, typing using a computer keyboard and mouse, viewing a computer screen monitor, and use of a telephone.
Some positions may require lifting, occasional bending or kneeling. The working environment consists of an indoor and climate-controlled setting the majority of the time.
The employee may regularly lift and / or move objects up to 25 pounds. Travel Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Required Education and Experience Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree with 4 plus years of clinical experience preferred.
Strong understanding of pharmacy software systems, with experience in utilizing and demonstrating software features. Additional Eligibility Qualifications Prior experience in a clinical liaison or similar role in a compounding pharmaceutical environment is a plus. Powered by JazzHR
