Responsibilities :
Identifies customer needs / Defines properly customer problems
Defines an added value solution
for customer or Initiates internal contact / meeting (TSR) for defining the best
added value solution for the customer
Explains proposal and its value
to the customer
Applies this solution
Works towards the achievement of
the defined objectives
Participates in exhibitions and
workshops in the area
Contents Schedules customer visit ahead of time (3weeks rolling planning)
Organizes customer visit
according to current sales focus (Each customer visit must have an objective)
Prepares customer visit
appropriately (i.e. gathers updated information on the company, prepare
information / question to reach the visit target)
Prepares product presentations
and propose to management (slideshows)
Gives training presentation to
the distributors
Makes visit reports and sends it
to management in a timely manner (2 working days)
Update CRM Company card and
contact card appropriately.
Contents Responsible for defining the customer perceived value of the product and then offers a price for a solution
Asks management for approval
when proposed price is below a certain level
Prepares quote in the CRM and
submits it to customer
Informs Customer service of any
price changes by sending copy of accepted quotes (Cusotmer Service is
responsible for updating this price)
Qualifications :
- Bachelor in science with orientation in biology or Food science with sales skills or successful sales experience
- Bachelor in Business with Food science / food preservation successful experience in the sales arena
- Ability to connect the dots (ie : ability to see opportunities / solutions in the customer problems / questions and to gather right information for defining this solution)
