Who We're Looking For :
We are seeking a friendly, proactive Client Service Concierge who genuinely enjoys helping people and making a positive impact.
As the first point of contact for all incoming calls, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients feel valued and supported from the moment they reach out.
Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through their journey with us, addressing their questions, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service at every stage.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage client information efficiently using various internal systems and software.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer all incoming phone calls and text messages with a positive attitude and a focus on excellent customer service.
- Provide clients and real estate partners with clear information and assistance, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
- Manage client communications, including maintaining an organized call tracker, managing follow-up tasks, and handling Client Experience CRM campaigns.
- Conduct outbound follow-up communications with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction, maintaining the highest level of service excellence and helping us consistently earn 5-star reviews.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing to request and manage promotional materials as needed.
- Provide support to team members to enhance overall client satisfaction and experience.
What You'll Need to Be Successful :
To thrive in this role, you'll need excellent time management skills, a strong sense of organization, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Success will also require :
- A high school diploma, GED, equivalent work experience, or recent college graduate.
- Customer service experience in a professional setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Empower, Salesforce, CRM management, and / or text platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Data entry experience is a plus.
