We are seeking a Client Services Representative in Phoenix, Arizona. The successful candidate will join our team in the insurance industry, offering important administrative support and ensuring the accuracy of our systems.

Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the team, contributing to the smooth operation of our projects.
- Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date status of our systems by regularly checking and updating information as needed.
- Assist account manager teams by providing them with necessary information, facilitating effective communication with customers.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively to perform administrative tasks and maintain data.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing high-quality service and resolving issues effectively.
- Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer credit records, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Contribute to the team's ability to meet its goals by multitasking effectively and managing your time well.
- Use your knowledge of health insurance coverage and claims processing to assist customers and contribute to the team's success.
- Possess strong administrative skills including experience with administrative assistance and procedures.
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling administrative office tasks.
- Prior experience in a client services role is desirable.
- Familiarity with insurance claims, insurance companies, and insurance coverage is required.
- Proficiency in working with third party insurance carriers and verifying insurance coverage.
- Experience in claim administration and claims processing is necessary.
- Knowledge of health insurance coverage is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
