They are seeking a Warranty Administrator to join their team!
Salary / Hourly Rate :
$20 / hr
Position Overview :
The ideal Warranty Administrator candidate will be experienced in high volume data entry and be very detail-oriented. The Warranty Administrator will ideally have a background in warranties or be familiar with the process and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Warranty Administrator :
- Process warranty claims and inquiries promptly and accurately
- Maintain comprehensive records of warranty transactions
- Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot issues
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and warranty regulations
- Identify opportunities to improve the warranty process and customer satisfaction
Qualifications for the Warranty Administrator :
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in standard office software (, MS Office, email, databases)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of customer service principles
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A proactive, customer-centric approach
Education Requirements :
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
