What’s a typical day as a Collections Specialist? You’ll be :
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- User of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) with an emphasis on the ability prepare and analyze data using Excel spreadsheets through V look ups and pivot tables
- This position has a wide diversity of work situations, and requires good organization and analytical skills, working quickly while maintaining accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good grammar and spelling in written communication
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment with high level of accuracy
- Experience in a manufacturing or medical device environment
- Experience with SAP
