JobSummary :
TheCommunications Associate will support the Communications Departmentin executing internal and external communication strategies.
Thisrole involves content creation media relations social mediamanagement and coordination of communication projects to ensureconsistent and effective messaging that aligns with our brand andstrategic goals.
KeyResponsibilities :
Media Relations :
- Build and maintain relationships with mediacontacts.
- Draft and distribute press releasesand media advisories.
- Monitor media coverageand compile media reports.
Social MediaManagement :
- Manageand grow the company’s social media presence acrossplatforms (e.g. Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Instagram).
- Create and schedule engaging posts monitor interactionsand respond to comments and messages.
- Analyzesocial media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagementand reach.
InternalCommunications :
- Assist in the development and distribution of internalcommunications materials such as emails newsletters andannouncements.
- Support employee engagementinitiatives and internal events.
ProjectCoordination :
- Coordinate communication projects and campaigns frominception to completion.
- Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging andbranding.
- Assist in organizing and promotingcompany events and initiatives.
AdministrativeSupport :
- Maintain andupdate media contact lists and other databases.
- Provide administrative support to the CommunicationsManager and department as needed.
- Assist withthe preparation of presentations and reports.
Qualifications :
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project managementabilities.
- Proficiency in social mediaplatforms and content management systems.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are aplus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in ateam environment and independently.
- Attentionto detail and ability to handle multiple taskssimultaneously.
