We are seeking a Construction Project Manager / Owners Rep to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise General Contractor and Design Team
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Help bidding and negotiations with GC's and Site Contractors
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Help track and drive critical issues related to Design and Construction
- Manage up to 4 projects in the Rochester area as Owners Rep
Qualifications :
- Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree is preferred
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields (5 years)
- Familiarity with construction management software - Procore, MS Project, Primavera, etc.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Self Starter
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
