We are seeking a Treasury Analyst for a short-term contract role in Frisco, Texas. As a Treasury Analyst, you will be a key player in managing and analyzing financial activities within the Treasury Department.
This role will involve working closely with the Information Technology staff and Treasury Management Sales and Implementation staff, ensuring accurate setup of treasury products and services.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately input and validate account analysis billing data and exception pricing.
- Perform treasury product and service setups while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Collaborate with Information Technology staff to manage new profile setups in internal systems.
- Ensure accuracy and validation of new setups in systems to assure smooth operations.
- Handle the end of month billing for Treasury Management clients.
- Assist in daily Commercial Transactions including ACH and Check Positive Pay scrubbing and client notifications.
- Uphold industry laws, regulations, and company policies in all operations.
- Participate in the monthly Account Analysis activities, updating billing records and validating input correctness.
- Demonstrate professionalism while interacting with other Line of Businesses.
- Ensure compliance with Fair and Responsible Banking practices and Code of Ethics and Conduct guidelines.
- Proficiency in Treasury Function and Treasury Department operations
- Experience in handling Commercial Transactions
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Proven track record in financial forecasting and diagnostics
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
