Key ResponsibilitiesManage timely and quality tax compliance for federal and state income tax, sales and use tax, and property tax returnsPrepare ASC 740 tax provision and manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authoritiesImplement tax strategies involving IP ownership and transfer pricing while supporting business expansion and M&A activitiesQualificationsCPA required;
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required, MBT preferred7+ years of experience in tax roles with previous private industry and public accounting experience preferredExperience with automated financial reporting environmentsAdvanced Excel skills; Oracle knowledge is a plus
