Overview : The Merchandise Coordinator aids in the creation of strategies by leading tactical initiatives and sample management of the Accessories business
Also, maintains DC7 & DC8 Sample Library inventory receipt / storage process and Sample Library database.

- Unbox, organize, and set up samples for leadership offices, storage cabinets, and conference / work rooms.
- Receive samples and 3rd party packages from the distribution center (DC) and mailroom.
- Assist in meeting preparation with sample availability, style ranking, deck preparation, and ad hoc requests.
- Manage seasonal assortment plans and updates (APS, roadmap, and assortment grid).
- Handle internal SKU item costing, pack-out, article setup, and maintenance.
- Execute visual / floorset updates in collaboration with visual merchandising and space & allocation teams.
- Print and cut 3rd party paper dolls and deliver storytelling SKUs to the lab store prior to floorsets.
- Support test needs and manage 3rd party vendor tactical operations (NISF forms, article creation, SKU pack-outs, costing, classification).
Sample Library :
- Oversee daily receipt, check-in / out of products, photographing, pulling, and re-shelving samples.
- Manage product inventory and conduct physical inventories.
- Remove and archive outdated items.
- Communicate with internal partners.
- Pull inventory reports and other metrics to support Library reporting.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Library processes and products.
Skills
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Proficient in MS Office and advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Consistency and accuracy in daily tasks
- Highly detail-oriented and organized

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
