My Client is a growing, well-established multidiscipline engineering firm seeking a Director in our Traffic Engineering Department responsible for business development, project management, quality control, staffing, personnel, client relations, financial performance, business plan development and implementation.

Qualified Candidates should have :
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- PE required; PTOE preferred.
- Knowledgeable of regional marketing and business development activities.
- Working knowledge of Synchro, SimTraffic, VISSIM, Corsim, SIDRA, HCS, Visum, TransCAD, Cube, ISATe, IHSDM, ArcGIS.
- Experience working on DOT / DPW projects for state, county, city, or local municipalities.
- Prepare and present technical proposal information and presentations.
- Ability to work well within a project team by building relationships and teamwork.
