Job Description : We are seeking aSports Travel Coordinator to join our dynamic team facilitatingsportsrelated activities and assisting clients in attending varioussports events.
This role requires candidates to be at least 18years old authorized to work in the USA Australia Mexico orColombia have reliable WiFi access and possess a smartphone orcomputer.
No prior experience is necessary as training will beprovided. The role involves email communication direct vendorcontact and booking tickets for clients to diverse sportsevents.
KeyResponsibilities :
Sports Event Booking :
- Liaise with clients to understand their sportsevent preferences and requirements.
- Research and book tickets to a wide range of sportsevents including games matches andtournaments.
Vendor Communication :
- Establish and maintain direct contact withticket vendors and sports event organizers.
- Negotiate ticket prices group discounts and specialpackages on behalf of clients.
ClientRelations :
- Provideexcellent customer service by promptly responding to clientinquiries and addressing concerns.
- Keep clients informed about event details ticketavailability and any changes.
AdministrativeTasks :
- Maintain accuraterecords of client bookings payments andpreferences.
- Assist in thepreparation of invoices and receipts forclients.
Training and Development :
- Participate in training sessions to becomeknowledgeable about various sports events and ticketingprocesses.
- Stay updated on sportsevent schedules venues and seatingarrangements.
Email Communication :
- Use email as the primary mode of communicationto correspond with clients vendors and teammembers.
- Send event confirmationsitineraries and updates to clients.
Qualifications :
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorized to work in the USA Australia Mexico orColombia.
- Access to reliableWiFi.
- Possession of a smartphone orcomputer for communication and administrativetasks.
- No prior experiencerequired; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and customer serviceskills.
- Attention to detail andorganizational abilities.
- Passionfor sports and an understanding of various sportsevents.
