Accounts Payable Supervisor

GARNEY CONSTRUCTION

As an Accounts Payable Supervisor (Payments) at Garney Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing the payment processing functions within the Accounts Payable team. This role will lead a team of payment specialists, ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices, and drives the integration of automation solutions to enhance efficiency. A successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep overstanding of construction-related accounting and a commitment to driving excellence within the department.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Employee development :

• Onboard and offboard employees for hiring and terminations
• Assist in ongoing training and staff development by providing guidance, support and performance feedback to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
• Continuously evaluate staff performance through regular check-ins and annual reviews
