We are looking for an Associate Digital Director that will act as a marketing partner to our clients, and a key strategic digital leader of their brand.
This person is a freaking expert at paid social media, and can seamlessly turn translate that knowledge into a holistic digital strategy.
Responsibilities :
- Initially : lead paid social strategy and daily account management, tracking performance against goals
- Hold court with sophisticated social media clients. While you will have support, you will be the person whom the client goes to for day-to-day social insight.
- Grow into a holistic digital strategic role, leveraging social expertise to find unique campaign strategy and execution
- Develop relationships with important partners at all relevant social media platform partners
- Work with the client services team to manage client relationships as related to paid social strategy, team and performance
- Develop your direct reports and assist in complete team development
- Present with the best of them
Requirements
- 4+ years of paid social media experience (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn and TikTok), ideally working with CPG brands
- Knowledge of the newest developments in paid social and related technologies
- 2+ years of holistic digital media experience (Google, programmatic, social)
- Experience working with brands that don"t own their point of sale
