Job Description
Work with key stakeholders to understand business goals and define technical strategy.
Design and Document end-to-end solution for key business requirements.
Work with and train Business Users to help drive campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Advisory on Marketing Cloud best practices.
Collaborate with and guide Marketing Cloud developers - Onshore and Offshore.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage dependencies.
Required Skills
5+ years hands-on experience delivering solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
Working knowledge on - Email / Mobile / Web Studios, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
Working knowledge of Salesforce core platform capabilities.
Preferred Certifications : Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Developer, Email Specialist.
