Our client is seeking a dedicated Email Marketing Coordinator . In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless communication and impactful messaging through well-crafted email strategies.
Responsibilities :
- Create, maintain, and update email campaigns and tasks in Asana daily.
- Responsible for scheduling, testing, and deploying email campaigns.
- Quality checks email campaigns, copy, and images adhere to brand standards.
- Coordinate with the CRM team to ensure all targeted segments are included in each email campaign.
- Collaborates with marketing and all project stakeholders.
- Review data, and provides actionable insights and suggestions that deliver business value.
- Provides informed feedback to internal requests while maintaining positive relationships.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Experience :
- 1-3 years experience with email marketing, marketing automation, or marketing analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign or Adobe Creative Suite applications a plus.
