High Point University, Department of Psychology, is seeking qualified candidates for full-time faculty positions at the undergraduate level beginning August 2025.
Clinical or counseling psychology preferred (other areas may be considered).
High Point University is a medium-sized, liberal arts university in central North Carolina, with approximately 5,000 undergraduate students.
The Psychology Department offers a B.S. in psychology with approximately 230 majors and 125 minors.
Qualifications :
Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching and student mentorship. Teaching responsibilities include Introduction to Psychology, Research Methods, and established departmental courses within the applicant’s area of training.
Candidates should be actively engaged in scholarship. Doctorate in Psychology is required at the time of employment.
