Job Description :

360clean, a local commercial cleaning franchise, is now hiring Janitorial Cleaning Team Members For Commercial / Businesses in the evening hours after 5p & Air B & B check outs as needed during morning / early afternoon hours.

The facilities vary from New Smyrna Beach north up to Holly Hill. Must have reliable transportation

We are looking for a Cleaning Technician who takes pride in their work, is detail-oriented, and is able to work independently.

Job Duties :

• Sweep or Vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors
• Make Beds / Condo / Hotel Cleaning
• Dust / Wipe surfaces, furniture and other horizontal and vertical surfaces
• Clean restrooms including toilets, showers & or tubs, cabinets, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls
• Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap / toiletries
• Clean entrance glass and other interior glass
• Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners
• Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners
• Work effectively with other team members
• Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures - including safety, door lock, time & attendance and uniform policies

Qualifications :

• Reliable Transportation
• Must Pass Criminal Background Check
• Must Be Available Weekends
