We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish Receptionist in our North Miami, Florida office.
In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of administrative duties, including handling multi-line phone systems, providing exceptional customer service, and managing data entry and email correspondence.
Responsibilities include :
- Managing a multi-line phone system and directing calls as necessary
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Accurately entering data and maintaining up-to-date customer records
- Handling email correspondence and ensuring timely responses to inquiries
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for various administrative tasks
- Organizing files and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars as needed
- Leveraging your interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Experience in data entry tasks
- Ability to handle email correspondence effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
- Experience in organizing files in a systematic manner
