A company is looking for a KYC Program Manager to support its Customer Onboarding & Management program.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and ensure compliance of current policies and operational processes with applicable laws and regulationsIdentify and assess BSA / AML CDD and EDD requirements for products and featuresLead the design and implementation of process improvements and maintain relevant documentation for the KYC programRequired Qualifications6+ years of project or program management experience in BSA / AML compliance or 8+ years in a relevant KYC roleStrong knowledge of BSA / AML regulations, risks, and typologiesAbility to manage competing priorities effectivelyExperience with SQL and / or Looker is a plusRelevant industry certifications (CAMS, CFE, CFCS, CRCM) are preferred
