Job Title : Casher - Catering Concessions at Snow Island

Reports To : Catering Management

SUMMARY Assists guests with selecting and purchasing food menu items. Must be able to maintain a clean work environment, follow all Health Dept.
Guidelines, stock all coolers and shelves with appropriate food items. Responsible for delivering better than the best customer service while enforcing all park policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Have excellent customer service and sales skills
- Operate a cash register accurately and credit cards. ?
- Help keep work area cleaned and organized
- Provide a friendly and welcoming environment for all guests
- Be knowledgeable about the park.
- Good communication skills
- All other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no Supervisor responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to learn the register system.
- Good communication skills
- Reading and Writing
- Must be 16 years of age for employment. Some positions may require 18 years of age or older.
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Prior customer service and cash register handling experience is a plus.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Be able to speak in the English language. Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence and complete reports detailing guest interactions. Ability to effectively present information and give directions with customers and employees.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in both written and verbal form. Ability to deal with problems involving many variables.
