Senior Configuration Analyst

SAIC is seeking a Senior Configuration Analyst to join our team supporting the Rapid Resilient Command and Control (R2C2) program for our Space Systems Command (SSC) customer in Colorado Springs, CO in a hybrid role working part-time at Schriever AFB to begin.

You will be involved in all aspects of configuration management and will partner with program / site leads as well as government staff and mission partners to maintain an effective configuration management (CM) program.

Fun stuff on the job may include :

• Provide R2C2 Team support in maintaining and tracking of R2C2 products as delivered and make them available and accessible to the Government and associated contractors.
• Support the implementation and enforcement of all R2C2 CM policies, procedures, and controls across the ops and sustainment lifecycle states.
• Implement approved configuration changes to data, documents, and R2C2 operational environments in accordance with the R2C2 Enterprise Change Management process.
• Maintain up to date HW / SW inventories, license entitlements, license activation keys, support agreements, and hardware warranties on JIRA and Platform 1, to be used in support of DPAS submissions.
• Submit change requests to R2C2 Configuration Change Board for approval as applicable and request Government interpretation where necessary.
• Provide R2C2 Government team support for :
• Receiving inventory.
• Tracking and installing technical refresh components, obsolete replacements, and operational HW and SW material.
• Collecting and tracking pedigree information pertaining to Hardware, Software, Middleware, and Firmware requirements to ensure sustainment and defect needs are baselined.
• Tracking R2C2 inventories in accordance with the Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR), Congressional, OMB, GAO, CAP, GFP and GFE Finance audit requirements..
• Support the R2C2 government customer in conducting enterprise and mission specific SW Audits and provide associated reports to the Government.
• Ensure quality assurance of all R2C2 documentation approved in accordance with the Government R2C2 Enterprise processes.

Qualifications

This is you :

• Bachelor's degree and 9 or more years of experience; 4 additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS / SCI.
• Experience using Jira®, Confluence®, and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Experience maintaining CM baselines using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Work experience in building and maintaining CM database (CMD) environments.

Target salary range : $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
