Job Duties / Description :
- Initiating, tracking and completing benefit enrollment, changes and terminations.
- Coordinating all aspects of Open Enrollment each year
- Communicating with managers and employees across multiple organizations to administer and manage employee leaves of absences.
- Managing payment, tracking and reconciliation of invoices across multiple organizations.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal law requirements.
Requirements :
- Degree in human resources or related field preferred.
- 5 + years of related benefits experience (welfare plans, retirement plan, and leave of absence process)
- Must have experience with open enrollment
- PHR or SHRM-CP and / or CEBS certification preferred.
- UKG experience preferred.

- Schedule : 8am-5pm
- Location : Arden Hills / hybrid (1 to 2 days a week working from home)
- Type : Direct Hire
- Salary Range : $75K- $95K
