Requirements :
Must have a body works certification (personal training, massage therapist, yoga instructor, strength coach) OR a degree in applied science (athletic training, physical therapy assistant, strength and conditioning, exercise science)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide clients with the best wellness experience possible
- Maintain necessary certifications
- All clients and customers meet their goals
- Average 85% or above reschedule and renewal rate
- Schedule clients
- Obtains 1 success story a week
- Makes sure clients pay on time
- Convert free demo sessions into returning clients
- Follow up with free demo clients
- Contact new leads to schedule
- Participate in marketing events
- Meets with wellness manager once a month
