Collins Aerospace Interiors Service and Support (ISS) has an exciting opportunity for an Aftermarket Pricing Manager to join a growing and expanding team.
This position is for a professional who will be responsible for managing multiple Interiors product lines across many customers, providing accurate information and pricing.
This person will be the face for their direct product lines related to pricing, and will work with Sr Leadership for these product lines on a regular basis.
This position will also act as a team lead for all SAP based product lines, working with other pricing analysts managing various interiors product lines within SAP.
Leads the research and analysis of historical data, developing cost models to support pricing efforts. Coordinates activities and participates in fact-finding meetings.
Checks and validates cost information prior to pricing activities.
Prepares cost reports, pricing reviews and presents findings to management, contract personnel, proposal coordinators, customer representatives, price auditors, vendors, and subcontractors.
May participates as a member of the contract negotiating team.
Creates financial models of what if scenarios to help future business planning decisions in aftermarket sales. Provides support for contracts and sales.
Develops and maintains pricing information within financial information systems.
This position will be hybrid based out of Lenexa, KS or Uniontown, OH with the requirement to travel between both locations and to other sites as needed.
Current expectations would be to work onsite 2-4 days per week. However, the amount of onsite days per week could fluctuate and is flexible depending on business needs.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Manage Oxygen and Water / De-icing product lines; including general airline catalogs, and complex customer specific catalogs
- Price spare parts for ad hoc customer requests, RSPLs (Recommended Spare Parts Lists), and yearly customer and product line catalogs
- Perform complex cost analysis and interface with Engineering and Supply Chain as needed to verify manufacturing setup and cost structure for both manufactured and purchased items
- Partner with various functions to gather required information including Contracts, Business Development, Value Stream Leaders, Finance, and Customer Service
- Collaborate with the sales team working on various projects and providing input on pricing impacts of decisions
- Collaborate with legal to fully understand complex contractual details
- Extract and manipulate large amounts of data in Excel
- Act as team lead for SAP based pricing for interior product lines
- Assist with KPI development
- Help develop new processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
- This job may require working with external and internal customers.
- Travel up to 35%
Qualifications / Experience Needed :
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position
- Finance, business, or data analytics experience
- Strong Excel skills (for example : vlookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, IF queries etc.)
- Experience using SAP or other ERP system to load and store data

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
