We are growing and excited to add another amazing opportunity to our team as a Client Renewal Advisor Group Benefits in the Green Bay area! This is a fully remote position but will require commuting to and from client meetings within the area on a regular basis.

Responsibilities
- Develop personal relationships with clients to ensure that they receive expert advice and services when they need it most
- Proactively work the renewal cycle on all lines of business
- Manage the renewal process including agency management documentation, verifying requested coverages, and reviewing policies for accuracy
- Proactively prepare client deliverables for renewal and new business as required by carriers and clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell of products and services when appropriate for the clients’ needs
- Manage, organize, and conduct client meetings when necessary (Both at renewal time and as requested for employee facing meetings - in person and / or virtual)
- Listen, discern, and prioritize with clients, colleagues and carrier representatives based on a thorough understanding of relevant issues
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the client's plans and administrative procedures and as the key resource for day-to-day issues
- Direct the team on handling plan or client specific questions, keeping the team updated on client-specific information
Qualifications
- Active life and health licenses in the state of Wisconsin
- Preferably 5+ years of experience working in group benefits / insurance
- Strong emphasis on customer service and relationship building
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to commute to and from client meetings
