Fossil Group is looking for an innovative Social Media and Influencer Manager to join our Owned Brands Team and support the brand strategy for FOSSIL, Michele and Zodiac.

This role will report into the Social Media Senior Manager.

What You’ll Do

Influencer

Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement comprehensive influencer strategies aligning with brand objectives and target audience to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Work within house or with agency to identify and evaluate potential influencers based on relevance, reach, engagement, and alignment with brand values, ensuring a strategic fit for collaboration.

Lead the creation of influencer-focused content plans, optimizing channels and platforms to maximize reach and impact. Provide strategic support to the overall social media strategy, ensuring influencer efforts seamlessly integrate with broader marketing objectives.

Analyze campaign performance, deriving insights and actionable recommendations to continually optimize influencer strategies for improved results.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer initiatives with product launches, events, and marketing campaigns.

Act as a brand ambassador, representing the organization in communications with influencers and fostering a positive brand image within the influencer community.

Collaborate with the paid team and external agencies to pinpoint high-performing influencer content, strategically selecting pieces for optimal results through paid amplification.

Campaign ManagementManage and track budgets allocated for influencer collaborations, ensuring efficient use of resources and ROI measurement.

Collaborate closely with the brand team to align on SKUs and product selections, managing the ordering process efficiently and effectively.

Track and ship products to influencers, utilizing one-day contractors for assistance as needed.

Your Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Media, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or other related field is highly desired
  • 5+ years of professional experience in an influencer focused role
  • Ability to prioritize projects and collaborate with other team members is a must
  • Strong organizational skills and social / digital-first thinking is a must
  • Knowledge of social media platforms : Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter and TikTok
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
