Job Summary
InSite Health Care Management is seeking a talented and highly motivated Histology Technician to perform a full range of services in a surgical pathology laboratory.

Responsibilities & Duties
Maintains the Lab's TAT and routine histology duties : microtomy, embedding, cutting, staining intensity, proper cover slipping and staining artifacts
Operates automated laboratory instrumentation.
Orders / requests supplies when needed
Maintains policies and procedures to State / CLIA standards for successful State / CLIA inspections
Record keeping and quality control logs and documentation.
Responsible for equipment maintenance
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be certified HT or HTL experienced Histotech and ASCP certified.
2-5 years Histotech experience required
