Clearview Counseling & Assessment is seeking a compassionate and motivated Life Coach to join our team in helping individuals achieve personal growth and fulfillment.
As a Life Coach, you will work one-on-one with clients to help them set and accomplish their personal and professional goals.
Your role involves guiding clients through self-discovery, motivating them to overcome obstacles, and developing actionable strategies for positive change.
You will employ various coaching techniques, tools, and assessments to enhance clients' self-awareness, confidence, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities
- Conduct individual coaching sessions to support clients in achieving their personal and professional goals
- Develop personalized coaching plans based on clients’ unique needs and aspirations
- Employ effective coaching techniques to facilitate self-discovery and behavior change
- Provide resources, tools, and exercises that encourage personal growth and development
- Monitor progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed to ensure client success
- Assist clients in identifying and overcoming barriers to their goals
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards of practice
Requirements
- Certified Life Coach or similar certification from a recognized organization
- Strong understanding of coaching principles and methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to client interaction
- Experience in counseling, psychology, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their goals
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
