Akkodis is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a contract position in the Des Moines, IA area!

15-17 / hr W2

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk focusing on digital asset management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for tagging, uploading, and cataloging data within our digital asset management system.

Key Responsibilities :

• Tagging digital assets with relevant keywords and metadata for easy search and retrieval
• Uploading new assets into the digital asset management system
• Cataloging and organizing data to ensure accurate and timely access for team members
• Ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the digital asset management system
• Collaborating with various departments to understand and fulfill data entry needs
• Providing support and training to team members on how to effectively use the digital asset management system

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in data entry or digital asset management preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other data entry software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
