Re ce ptionist Qualifications & Re sponsibilities :

• H ig h sc h ool diploma or equivalent
• G re eting and wel co ming visitors and clients
• Answering p h one calls and di r e c t ing t h em to t h e appropriate person or department
• H andling in co ming and outgoing mail and packages
• Sc h eduling appointments and meetings
• Providing information to visitors and clients
• Managing offi ce supplies and inventory
• Assisting wit h administrative tasks as needed
• Operating offi ce equipment, suc h as p h oto co piers and fax mac h ines
• Keeping re co rds and maintaining files
• H andling basic customer inquiries and re solving issues w h en possible
• Keeps a safe and clean re ce ption a re a by co mplying wit h pro ce du re s, rules, and re gulations.
• Maintains security by following pro ce du re s, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
• Maintains security and tele co mmunications system.
