GA Pre-K Assistant Teacher Norcross and Peachtree Corners
The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Georgia Pre-K Assistant Teacher for our school in Peachtree Corners on Crooked Creek Road.
No nights or weekends! We are hiring now, and would love to meet you.
Pay Rate : Starts at $16.94 / hour with 40-hour workweek .
Higher pay rates available based on education, experience, and certifications.

Assistant Teacher Responsibilities :
- Help implement the Georgia Pre-K curriculum to prepare our children for success in kindergarten.
- Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Assist the lead teacher in preparing lesson plans and instructing children in age-appropriate activities, according to the Georgia Pre-K curriculum.
- Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development.
- Have fun and work as part of a supportive team!
Requirements
- Minimum of a CDA / TCC required.
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Six months of experience as a teacher in licensed childcare preferred.
