The Role :

As the Reconstruction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews.

This front-line management position coaches and leads their team to operational excellence. The Details :

• Manage the customer experience.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Create an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates using proprietary software, including but not limited to : Xactimate and Verisk.
• Create budget from approved estimate with acceptable profit margin.
• Coordinate approved work with insurance adjusters.
• Audit estimates provided by insurance companies and submit supplements accordingly.
• Negotiate customer approval of project scope, estimates, and change orders..
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources, including subcontractors, to provide services on active projects.
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.
• Find, vet, and onboard subcontractor base quickly and efficiently.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
• Encourage satisfied customers to provide online reviews.

What You Must Have :

• At least 3 years of restoration industry experience including budgeting, Xactimate supplements, onboarding of subcontractors, building scopes of work, and the ability to close and secure work authorizations.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software.
• Experience working with property owners and insurance adjusters.
• A customer service heart, a strong work ethic, high energy, and the drive to go the extra mile to achieve excellence.

• A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions.
• Any IICRC certifications are a big plus.
• High school diploma / GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objects

Compensation : $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
