Responsible for managing shifts, training, cash handling, customersatisfaction, and ensure that all Food Safety and company policies are incompliance with store plan to meet Q.S.C. standards.

What we expect from you

Education and / or Experience

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to threemonths’ related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.

Must be P.O.C.trained on all positions.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operatingand maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports andcorrespondence. Ability to speakeffectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure,using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentand to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concretevariables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability tointerpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram orschedule form.

If driving for company business, the employee is required to maintain avalid state issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance coverage within theapplicable state guidelines.

Employee may be exposed to high heat from grill and fryer equipment andmay be exposed to cooking oils and other materials typically used in preparingfast food products.
