The opportunity
As the Manager of Learning Design Support Services you are responsible for the operational support across Learning Science and Assessment.
You'll report to the Director of Learning Design Services. You will oversee the ongoing management of course roll tasks and the monitoring and optimization of the customer support ticketing and request system.
The manager will assist leaders with data gathering and reporting trends across the department.
You will be also responsible for the management and development of their team including holding regular development meetings, identifying areas of growth and opportunity, and aligning resources and training to help evolve their team.

What you'll do :
- Monitor the assessment and resolution of customer support tickets and requests
- Collaborate with partners on the continuous improvement and optimization of the Learning Design and Development ticket and request system
- Manage Banner (SIS) course roll processes for Learning Science and Assessment
- Gather and report out on several data streams including Term Prep and Learning Design QA and help identify ongoing trends
- Provide operational support to team members across Learning Science and Assessment on ongoing projects
- Develop team to increase collaboration with project partners, solution develop challenges, promote a mindset of making data-informed decisions, and improve vendor partnerships
- Coach team, providing regular performance feedback and creating specific professional development plans with team members
- Assess ongoing team capacity and manage team's backlog of assignments
- Interview and onboard new team members
What we're looking for :
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in higher education production positions
- Demonstrated experience managing projects
- Evidence of continued commitment to personal professional development
- Demonstrated experience in academic technology and different learning management systems

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $55,099.00 - $88,176.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $60,886.00 - $82,375.00.
