JobOverview :

As a MaintenanceTechnician MultiCraft you will be responsible for performing avariety of maintenance and repair tasks on our companys facilitiesand equipment.

This is a fulltime permanent position that requiresa highly skilled and versatile individual who can handle a widerange of maintenance tasks.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Conduct routinemaintenance on equipment and facilities including but not limitedto HVAC systems plumbing electrical systems andmachinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipmentmalfunctions including diagnosing issues replacing parts andperforming necessary adjustments.
• Performpreventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and facilities arein good working condition.
• Maintain accuraterecords of maintenance and repairactivities.
• Respond to maintenance requests ina timely manner and prioritize tasks based onurgency.
• Partner with Engineering team toinstall test and release equipment.
• Knowledgeof recording activities in a CMMS..
• Maintainequipment for industrial production industrial processing pipelinedistribution systems and conveyors

VariousPLCs.

• Networking and Communications : EtherNet / IP ControlNet and DeviceNet.
• AC Drives MotorsEncoder and Resolvertroubleshooting.
• Calibration of flow levelpressure and temperature devices andloops.
• Familiar with bearings conveying systemsgearboxes equipment rebuilds andrepairs.
• Familiar with automation anddistributed control system architectures within manufacturing andprocessing systems.
• Familiar with hydraulicsystems pneumatic systems and rotatingequipment.
• Read and use blueprints schematicsmanuals technical drawings work orders test results machine errormessages.
• Test and observe runningmachinery.
• Use hoists and lifts grinders handtools power tools welding equipment testing equipmentetc.
• Collaborate with other team members tocomplete maintenance projects and tasks.
• Keepwork area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient workenvironment.
• Comply with company policies andprocedures as well as safety regulations.

Qualifications :

• High schooldiploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification in arelated field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 yearsof experience in a maintenance or repair role preferably in amulticraft capacity; or 3 years experience and Associates degree inIndustrial Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge ofHVAC plumbing electrical and mechanicalsystems.

What are the 34 nonnegotiable requirementsof this position

Days 1st year. Must work 12 hour rotatingshifts modified DuPont schedule. 1 / 2 Techs working days 1 / 2 workingrotating shift but must be open to both.

Must beMultiCraft (Electrical Mechanical Electronics)

Must haveat least 5 years of experience or 3 years experience and Associatesdegree in Industrial Maintenance
