Job Title : DeliveryManager I

- JobDescription;
- Overseedelivery of multicloud support service by coordinating efforts ofmultiple teams to ensure timely and high qualityresponse.
- Responsiblefor ensuring compliance with defined service level agreements(SLA)and Key performance indicators (KPI)Track and monitor the
performance of services identify areas for improvement andimplement changes asneeded.
- Continuouslyevaluate and improve processes to ensure that services aredelivered efficiently andeffectively.
- Fosterpositive work environment and build culture of automation &innovation to improve service deliveryperformance.
- Maintainpositive relationship with all stakeholders and ensure proactiveresponse to their inquiries andconcerns.
- Prepareoperational / strategic reports based on defined cadences and presentto Steering & Operationalcommittees.
- Proactiveidentification of issues and risks prepare strongmitigation / resolutionplans
Experience :
- 10years of progressive experience working as a Technical DeliveryManager or Service DeliveryManager.
- Strongmulticloud (preferred AWS & Azure) and operationsmanagementskills.
- ITILor similar certifications stronglypreferred.
- Excellentcommunication research analytical and documentationskills.
- Abilityto handle multiple concurrent activities; manage teams effectivelyand be responsive to users and stakeholders in a timelymanner.
Strongmulti-cloud (preferred AWS & Azure) and operationsmanagement skills.
