The Job :

As a fully remote Inbound Security Sales Associate , you’ll be :

• Answering incoming calls from existing customers
• Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs
• Handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
• This position is 100% inbound, existing customers only - no cold calling!

You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have :

• Sales experience, especially in a call center environment
• Experience with upselling products
• A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs

Important Details :

• Fully Remote Position Must reside in and be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must have open availability to work the below hours of operation
• Training : Monday Friday 10 am 6 pm EST (2 weeks)
• Nesting : Monday Friday 10 am 6 pm EST (2-3 weeks)
• Production : Monday Friday 8 am 11 pm EST. Sunday 9 am 9 pm EST open availability. Saturdays off
• Immediate start dates
• Must have a personal Windows 10 / 11 computer that you can use for work. It must be able to connect directly to a modem with an Ethernet cable, minimum 8 GB available RAM, minimum internet speeds of 30 download and 10 upload
