We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Civil Litigation Associate / Insurance Defense Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.
Areas of Concentration :
- General Tort Litigation
- Medical and Legal Malpractice
- Products Liability
- Employment
- Insurance Coverage Disputes
Requirements :
2 8 years of civil litigation experience, clerkship experience is a plus!
Job Details :
- Perform legal research and prepare and respond to discovery.
- Ability to take and defend depositions.
- Draft and argue dispositive motions.
- Assist with mediation, arbitration, trials, and hearings.
