What We Do

Soccer Shots is an engaging intro-to-soccer program fueled by coaches who are driven to impact children’s lives in a positive way.

Our program focuses on age-appropriate soccer skills, character development, and fun in every session. We work with toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children up to 2nd Grade.

Many children have their first experience with soccer or organized team sports activity with Soccer Shots, and we work hard to ensure each child's time on our field is positive and fun.

Our sessions, led by our team of coaches, are high-energy and developmentally appropriate, using creative and engaging curriculum that aligns to early childhood education standards.

Soccer Shots sessions occur weekly throughout the season, held at childcare centers, preschools, elementary schools, local gyms, or neighborhood parks.

Who We Are

Our team of coaches are the best-trained in the business. We have a seasonal team of part-time and full-time coaches that work at locations throughout the community, providing on-site Soccer Shots sessions at various locations as assigned.

We work hard to ensure our coaches are working at locations within reasonable driving distance from home and scheduled at times that work best for you.

We provide extensive training, dynamic curriculum and curriculum support, uniforms, and all necessary equipment, allowing our team of traveling coaches to focus on making each session the best part of a child's week.

Our coaches lead anywhere from 2 to 30 sessions in a given week, based on each coach's individual preferences for the upcoming season.

What We Are Seeking

The Soccer Shots Coach is someone who has a genuine passion and love for working with young children, with exceptional patience, creativity, imagination, and enthusiasm.

Our coaches have the ability to confidently and enthusiastically lead groups of young children through a Soccer Shots session using our curriculum, and can stay flexible and adapt to meet the needs of each group.

Our coaches are known for being safe, fun, positive, and kind. Our coaches are consistent, punctual, and reliable, with a 'team before self' approach to this job.

You do not need to have previous experience as a soccer player or soccer coach to succeed in this role; however, you do need to be coachable and able to stand, jog, and physically demonstrate skills in each lesson.

Previous experience or education / training in early childhood or in a childcare setting is highly valued. You must also have reliable transportation, mobile device with data plan, and ability to successfully pass all required clearances prior to working on-site at childcare centers or with young children.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Our Schedule

• Mondays through Thursdays : mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• Fridays and Saturdays : mornings
• Outdoor : March through November
• Indoor : November through February / early March
