What You'll Be Doing : Let's dive into the exciting journey that awaits you :
- Collaboration : You'll collaborate with our case supervisors and BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
- Data-Driven Impact : Utilize data collection during learning sessions to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Empowerment : Your role will involve fostering self-advocacy in our learner, helping them achieve their goals and create enriching lifestyles.
- Team Spirit : Embrace a collaborative approach within the client's circle of influence to ensure comprehensive care.

Here's what else you need :
- Minimum age of 18
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Willingness to undergo a background check
- Physical capability to match the energy of our clients
- PR / First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain it
- Complete TB Test
- Pass DOJ Finger Printing
- Complete Sunrise ABA Physical Form
- Willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training & State applicable license (Licensure in some states is required;
we'll provide support for licensure as applicable)
High school diploma
