We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries related to their insurance policies and ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email regarding insurance policies, coverage options, and claims.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to clients about our products and services.
- Assist clients in understanding their policy details, including coverage limits, exclusions, and claims processes.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
