Capital Purchasing Manager
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in capital purchasing
- In-depth knowledge of capital requirements anddepreciation
- Lawson - Infor experience
- Healthcare capital procurement
- Understanding of ECRI capital review
- Proficient Excel skills
Preferred :
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Understanding of the Premier GPO website is preferred.
- Responsible for selecting vendors fornon-contract items, securing the best price and delivery, and placing orders tofacilitate and expedite the timely receipt of items as specified by userdepartments.
Performs various duties to purchase material, equipment,merchandise, and supplies according to organizational cost, quality, anddelivery guidelines.
Responsibilities :
- Reviews incoming requisitions, and consignmentrequests, and processes and completes unreleased orders.
- Expedited critical, current, and past due ordersas required and advises requesters on status.
- Maintains files / records for special orders.
- Provide staff support and department trainer.
- Investigate and review product information,working proactively with the contract, Lawson Team, and AP to adhere to bestpractices.
