- Adult primary care and chronic disease management comprises the bulk of care.
- Responsible for assessment, diagnosis, and management of healthcare needs, utilizing standardized and evidenced-based procedures.
- This position reports to our Chief Medical Officer
- EPIC EMR
- Ambulatory (outpatient) and mobile clinic practice.
- Monday through Friday, 8AM 5PM. The position does not currently involve after-hours call duties. It does require working one Saturday per month for which a weekday is flexed off.
Full-time : 4 or 5 days / week
$216,417.00 $266,167.00 per year
Schedule : Daytime Monday through Friday (8am-5pm); 1 Saturday per month (week day off in exchange)
