Position : Full Time (40 hours / week) Member Service Representative III

Location : Sparta Office

As the Member Service Representative III your responsibilities will be :

• Open and service a variety of accounts including : Personal savings and checking, business, trust, estate, representative payee, guardian, custodial, and IRA accounts.
• Handle decedent accounts per established procedures
• Educate members about credit union products and services tailored to their needs
• Support and guide other Member Service Representatives when needed
