Job Description :
This position will be responsible for assisting with check printing tasks and administrative functions within Accounts Payable.

Duties :
Assist with check printing functions while ensuring compliance with process controls :
- Print checks and review for quality control
- Seal checks
- Pull checks for special handling and insertions Mail Sort & Returned Checks :
- Research returned mail and work to correct addresses as appropriate
- Resend mail to correct addresses or departments
- Assist to move vendors to ACH / preferred payment method Iron Mountain :
- Log and label boxes accordingly for shipment Assist internal departments and vendors with vendor research and details Perform other duties as assigned
Experience :
Experience SAP preferred Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or business is preferred.
