Elite Sourcing LLC is currently seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our team. As a Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing tax planning and compliance for our company and clients.

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of tax professionals.
- Develop and implement tax strategies and planning for the company and clients.
- Review and analyze tax returns and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
- Research and interpret tax legislation and regulations.
- Advise clients on tax implications and potential opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax planning and compliance.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Experience managing and leading a team of tax professionals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in tax software and MS Office Suite.
